What you study
Technique With a Lineage
Traditional Arts is our slowest, deepest program. Forms are broken down move by move, bunkai (application) is practiced with partners, and every term adds a layer — history, etiquette, weapons or meditation.
- Classical kata from Heian through advanced black-belt forms
- Practical self-defense: escapes, controls and de-escalation
- Traditional weapons — bo staff fundamentals for seniors
- Dojo etiquette, Japanese terminology and martial philosophy
