What kids learn
Fundamentals First, Fun Always
Classes mix technique with games that build coordination and confidence. Kids earn stripes and belts through a clear grading path, and every session ends with mat discipline — bowing in, sitting in seiza, thanking partners.
- Basic punches, kicks, blocks and stances taught step by step
- Beginner kata forms and supervised light sparring drills
- Belt grading every term with stripes for effort and focus
- Anti-bullying awareness, stranger safety and calm conflict skills
